Jorakay Corporation Co., Ltd., a leader in comprehensive construction innovation that cares for people's lives and the environment, has led a mission to the southern region, specifically to Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, to advance the green building initiative. Jorakay has delivered its SEE JORAKAY paint products and participated in painting the classrooms and laboratories (robotics building) of the Faculty of Engineering at Prince of Songkla University. This initiative aims to elevate the standards of buildings that are safe for users and environmentally friendly, using 100% natural limestone paint products that help dissipate heat, withstand weather conditions and UV rays, while also absorbing carbon dioxide during the drying process.

For the paint used on the classrooms and laboratories (robotics building), Jorakay selected the SEE JORAKAY Biosphere Premium Exterior Paint, Matte Finish, made from natural limestone combined with Graphene Technology, the first and only in Thailand, which enhances the strength of the paint without relying on chemicals. The paint is free from volatile organic compounds (Zero VOCs) and carcinogenic substances (Non-Formaldehyde), odorless, and ready for occupancy within 24 hours. It is resistant to all weather conditions, prevents mold and algae growth, making it suitable for the hot and humid climate of the south. Previously, Jorakay has been active in the southern region, specifically in Trang Province, since 2024, to implement the JORAKAY Green Earth project, a long-term initiative to plant 62.5 rai of mangrove forests in Palian District, Trang Province, and to care for the forest for a continuous period of 10 years. This effort aims to promote a green economy that balances economic development, social progress, and environmental preservation. It marks an important milestone for Jorakay in developing the southern region sustainably. Recently, Jorakay announced its goal to become a Carbon Neutral organization by 2050 and achieve Net Zero by 2065.
